The vibrations of the gong wash through your body, which also has its own pattern of vibrations, and is about 70% water. Sound travels quicker through water than it does through air. Therefore, you may feel relaxed whilst the vibrations rebalance your body on both the physical and subtle levels. A gong bath is perfect if you feel stressed, tired or tense. It can however, be a deeply cathartic process, so occasionally it may bring up issues that need resolving but that is part of the healing process. I offer a group session on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm at Beoley Village Hall.

Website – www.sharyoga.co.uk

Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/sharongisbourneyoga/

Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/sharon_yoga_gong_therapy/

Telephone – 07775 605630

Email: Sharyoga@gmail.com

Midlands Austin 7 Club

Our club is a member of the Austin Seven Clubs Association and has a history going back over 50 years.
