Beoley Village Hall is a popular venue that may be hired for a variety of functions. It is able to cater for events with up to 100 seated attendees. The large car park, immediately outside the hall, is available for hirers of the hall.
There is disabled access via a ramp from the car park and through double doors into the hall. A dedicated toilet, with wheelchair access, is provided for disabled visitors.
Beoley Village Hall has been a non-smoking venue for some time. In line with current legislation, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
Bar
A comprehensive bar may also be booked, if required, for evening and weekend functions. As well as draught bitter and lager, a wide selection of spirits, bottled alcoholic and soft drinks is available.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen provides large worktop areas for food preparation and serving. The kitchen contains a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and water heater (for hot drinks).
Skittle Alley
To provide the main focal point for your function, or just as an added attraction, you can book a bespoke 9-pin skittles alley.
Sound & Loop Systems
The hall has an in-built multi-zone sound system plus a projector and large screen which can be hired to suit the requirements of your event. The system caters for different room layouts, to suit your needs.
As a part of the Sound System, there is an integral Loop System for the benefit of the hard of hearing. This helps enrich the experience of your guests when speeches or talks are a part of your event.
Toilets
We have modern facilities for all sexes including an accessible toilet with changing facilities.
Field and Play Equipment
To the side of the hall is the Beoley Parish field with play equipment. This is provided by Beoley Parish Council and is available to be used as part of an event with their prior permission.
Parking
We have a large car park with disabled parking all of which is well lit at night.
